On 8 November, the conference “Trade and Investment Strategies in Central America and the Dominican Republic – SICA Region” will be held at the Foment del Treball facilities. The event, organised by Feliu N&I, ICG – International Consulting Group and Foment del Treball, will be attended by the embassies of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

The session will begin with a presentation by Montserrat Feliu, who will focus on Establishments Abroad and the Displacement of Workers; then, in a block focused on the SICA Region, Mr. Edgardo Bucaro, from ICG Central America, will address the Trade and Investment Strategies in the region, and then, each Embassy will present the different business opportunities offered by the SICA Region. The cycle of presentations will close with a presentation on Medical and Security Risk Management for International Displaced Persons by International SOS.

The SICA region is made up of Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and the Dominican Republic. This conference aims to promote the region as an investment and trade destination and to highlight its business potential.

At the end of the presentations, there will be a space for individual meetings with the Embassies and Speakers, for further information and to resolve specific doubts by country or topics of interest.
