CONFERENCE: Legal and juridical aspects for commercial projects in Spain

Next April 17, in the framework of the Alimentaria 2018 Fair, Feliu N&I will hold the conference “Legal and juridical aspects for commercial projects in Spain”. The lecture aims to offer foreign companies interested in marketing their products in Spain a detail of the key aspects to take into account to proceed with such commercialization. Aspects such as the different recommended strategies, the importance of brand protection, the necessary registrations to commercialize as well as the aspects to be taken into account to set up a company and to negotiate distribution and commercial representation contracts will be discussed.

The conference, with the participation of the EURECAT Technology Center in the opening of the day, is aimed at all foreign companies attending the fair that sell or plan to enter the Spanish market.
