On September 15th, Montserrat Feliu, director of F&NI had the pleasure of attending the official reception organized by Mr. Fidel Herrera Beltran (Consul of Mexico) and his wife Rosa Borunda de Herrera at the Mexican Consulate in Barcelona to commemorate the 206th anniversary of the Independence of Mexico.
