CONNECTING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSES IN SÃO PAULO

Tomorrow, Feliuworldwide heads to São Paulo to attend the ICG Annual Convention.

Starting tomorrow, the partners of the International Consulting Group (ICG) will gather in São Paulo, Brazil, for the XXIX ICG Annual Convention, an event that will not only bring together partners from more than 22 countries but will also include significant business activities with clients and entrepreneurs. This meeting will serve as a key platform to discuss relevant topics for companies considering internationalization in Brazil, one of the largest and most dynamic economies in Latin America.

In recent years, Brazil has implemented significant tax reforms and regulations, making the country an even more attractive destination for foreign companies. Reforms in the tax system, such as Constitutional Amendment 132/2023, have simplified the tax structure, facilitating the entry of new companies into the country. In particular, the new rules allow companies to reduce their tax burden and take advantage of tax incentives by participating in key infrastructure projects through infrastructure debentures under Law 14.801/2024.

São Paulo, in particular, is the economic epicenter of the country and a gateway to Mercosur markets. Connected with key trade agreements, the city offers foreign investors access to a continuously expanding regional market. Companies from the United States, Spain, Italy, and China find Brazil to be a strategic point for their expansion into the rest of Latin America, which will be a central theme in the discussions that ICG partners will have during the convention.

This year’s convention will include a key meeting with local clients and entrepreneurs, where ICG partners will present up-to-date and relevant information about business opportunities in their respective countries. Additionally, Brazilian companies will have the opportunity to directly discuss their specific business needs with ICG experts.

In this context, São Paulo will not only serve as the host of the event but also as a symbol of Brazil’s role as a strategic hub for the global market. Fiscal reforms and initiatives to promote business sustainability in the country, such as the circular economy in São Paulo, will be key topics during the business sessions and discussions.

If you would like to attend this business event, please confirm your attendance by 10/16/2024 at the following email address: contato@ghnauditores.com.br
