Last Wednesday, November 25, Feliu N&I, a consulting firm from Manresa specialized in internationalization processes, and Etelentum, a recruitment company, organized a live conference entitled “Impact of Covid-19 on the movement of workers”.
The event, which was attended by more than 65 attendees, aimed to focus on migration, labor, tax aspects.
This informative pill was given by Montserrat Feliu y Costa, director of Feliu N&I and ExpatFeliu.
Feliu remarked the complex context that companies are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and those that also have displaced personnel, face additional challenges.
The analysis and definition of expatriation policies, as well as the migratory, labor and fiscal aspects of each displacement is key to the internationalization of the company as well as other aspects at the organizational level to face this new challenge.
