The metallurgical employer association of central Catalonia and Feliu N&I organize an online session on how to strategically address the Covid-19 crisis.

The webinar focused on the reorientation of the internationalization strategy by companies.

Last Thursday, May 7, Feliu N&Y, the Manresa-based consulting firm specialized in internationalization processes, and the Patronal Metalúrgica de la Cataluña Central organized a live conference entitled “Reorienting the internationalization strategy”. The event, which was attended by more than 30 people, aimed to analyze the impact of the crisis caused by Covid-19 in the international arena.

This informative pill was given by Montserrat Feliu y Costa, director of Feliu N&I and ExpatFeliu and also covered the various factors to take into account for 2020 and 2021, the actions to be taken in the process of reorientation of the internationalization strategy as well as other key aspects at the organizational level to face this new challenge.

Feliu stressed the importance of carrying out a strategic reorientation analysis for this new stage, taking into account several factors such as markets, partners, contracts, expatriates and the different objectives set.
